If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 60 days of your purchase date for a refund.

How to return

1. Email support@qestrong.com with your order number, the item you are returning, and a short note on why. We will reply with return instructions.
2. Pack the item, including any accessories, and ship it to:

3. Once your return arrives and is checked, we process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 to 14 business days after processing for it to post.

Subscriptions

You can change or cancel a subscription at any time by emailing support@qestrong.com.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email support@qestrong.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
